Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing any SyedFarazCorp website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. “SyedFarazCorp”, “we”, “us” refers to SyedFarazCorp and its four subsidiaries: Web3 Labs, Agent Labs, Secure Labs, and Growth Labs.

2. Services

We provide digital services including website design and development, AI automation, cybersecurity consulting, and SEO / paid media management. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or proposal signed by both parties.

3. Payment and refund policy

Payment terms are defined per engagement. For website projects:

• 50% upfront to commence work
• 50% on delivery of the live website

30-day satisfaction guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the delivered work within 30 days of launch, we will refund 100% of the project fee — no questions, no conditions. This guarantee applies to website projects only and excludes monthly retainer fees incurred during the guarantee period.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, all custom code and design assets produced for your project transfer to you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request confidentiality in writing before project commencement. Open-source libraries used in your project remain subject to their respective licences.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client business information as confidential. We will not share your business details, data, or technical infrastructure information with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of liability

SyedFarazCorp's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Security assessments identify vulnerabilities present at the time of testing; we do not guarantee that all vulnerabilities are discovered or that findings remain accurate after the assessment date.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing retainer engagement with 30 days written notice. For project-based work, termination after commencement forfeits the upfront payment. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment or breach of these terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless both parties agree to arbitration.
