1. Who we are
SyedFarazCorp operates four digital businesses: Web3 Labs, Agent Labs, Secure Labs, and Growth Labs. Registered in Dubai, UAE. When you submit a form on any of our websites, the data controller is SyedFarazCorp.

2. What data we collect
We collect only what is necessary to respond to your inquiry or booking:
- Name and email address (required on all forms)
- Phone number (optional on contact; required on booking)
- Company name (optional)
- The message or notes you provide
- A one-way hashed (SHA-256) representation of your IP address — used solely for rate limiting abuse prevention. The raw IP is never stored.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your inquiry or confirm your booking
- To send you a confirmation email via Resend
- To notify our team of your request
- To prevent spam and abuse (rate limiting)
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making. We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Where data is stored
Form submissions are stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure. Emails are processed via Resend. Rate limiting data is stored in Upstash Redis. All providers operate under their own GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
5. Retention
Contact and booking submissions are retained for 24 months, after which they are deleted. Rate limiting records expire automatically within 60 seconds.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@syedfarazcorp.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
This website uses only essential session cookies required for the application to function (dark mode preference, locale selection). No advertising or analytics cookies are set. No third-party tracking scripts are loaded.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy periodically. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance.
